Low total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen content, compliant with industrial park wastewater discharge standards.
Wide operating window, producing bright, uniform and elegant blue passivation films.
Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) performance: With coating thickness ≥8 μm and standardized bath maintenance, potassium chloride barrel plating achieves ≥72 hours salt spray resistance; rack plating and alkaline zinc plating deliver even better salt spray performance.
pH adjustment uses sulfuric acid or stock solution instead of nitric acid.
Hexavalent chromium-free passivation film; passed SGS test and IATF 16949 automotive standard, fully compliant with EU RoHS directives.
