Equipment and Materials
Tank body made of low-carbon steel with hard rubber lining, reinforced with PVC or PVC polyester material
Anode: rolled pure nickel anode, electrolytic nickel anode, or S-nickel round (INCO) is placed in a titanium anode basket using an anode bag.
Anode bag requirement: It is recommended to use a double-layer anode bag made of polypropylene. Before use, soak it in 10% sulfuric acid and clean it with hot water.
Heating element: ceramic, hard glass, polytetrafluoroethylene. Heat exchanger: titanium, graphite.
Mechanical/Air Stirring requirement: Mechanical mixing Travel length: double travel/min Horizontal 100mm 20-25 (4-5 m/min) Vertical 60mm 25-30 (3-4 m/min) Air mixing requirements: 12-20 cubic meters per hour per meter. Use an oil-free blower to prevent electrolyte contamination from oil or dirt in compressed air. In addition, it is recommended to use cathode rod stirring simultaneously to ensure uniform exchange between all workpiece surfaces and the tank solution.
